Steve Sparks founded SBK Properties in 2007. A Kentucky native, Steve attended the University of Kentucky.  He began his career in mortgage lending before transitioning into investment real estate. He bought his first rental house in Northern Kentucky in 2007 and has been buying properties in ever since. When he’s not buying houses for cash in Cincinnati, he enjoys traveling, golfing, coaching baseball, and spending time with his wife and 2 children.
